Johanna M. Dolan
Founder & CEO
Johanna has over two decades of experience in leadership and finance and groundbreaking work in addiction and recovery programs. With a passion for improving patient experiences, Johanna collaborates with healthcare systems and behavioral health clinics to design and implement innovative solutions. Johanna co-authored The State of Florida's Peer Specialist Certification curriculum, co-developed Commonly Well's recovery capital plan, and authored several personal development programs. Johanna serves on the Peer Recovery Center of Excellence and the International Association of Recovery Coach Professionals Advisory Council. As a recognized leader, Johanna actively assists organizations big and small in integrating recovery support services into diverse settings while advocating for addiction and mental health. With a strong focus on the well-being of professionals in recovery, Johanna's expertise and passion continue to make a lasting impact in the field.

Kris McGinnis
Director, Dolan Academy
Kris McGinnis works at Dolan Research International and assists with LGBT+ and Recovery based training. She advises and assists Peer Specialists and Recovery Coaches in their designation and certification process. She is a person with lived experience with mental health and recovery. Kris was a stay-at-home parent for 11 years before returning to work in the recovery support field. Kris co-authored The State of Florida's Peer Specialist Certification curriculum. She co-authored Group Facilitation training for the State of Kentucky's Peer Specialist Program and a Life Skills curriculum currently used in the treatment facilities in Kentucky. Kris truly believes that you can not manufacture lived experience and that Peers will greatly impact recovery support care.
